As the housing market is so expensive, my advice for those on a budget, and those looking for something a bit exciting would be to flat share!
If you have had the experience of going to university and living in halls of residence, then a flat share is the next step up from that. Don't expect to play drinking games with your room mates until 4am, but do expect a friendly environment that gives you some extra freedom.

It is important to find people with similar interests and habits as you. For example, if you are non smoker, make sure the people you want to live with are non smokers too. Same goes for vegetarians, you don't want the smell of bacon wafting into your room in the morning!
For those of you who have never lived away from home, then a flat share is still a good option, as you will never be lonely!
jobs can provide you with some useful information on flats, moving out and money saving tips, so make sure you take a look before you jump in head first!
